Insulation cotton

Thermal insulation cotton is a non-toxic, harmless and pollution-free new thermal insulation material made of high-purity clay clinker, aluminum oxide powder, silica powder, chrome quartz sand and other raw materials.

Thermal insulation cotton can be further processed into fiber blanket, board, paper, cloth, rope and other products. Thermal insulation cotton is used to melt high-purity clay clinker, aluminum oxide powder, silica powder, chromite sand and other raw materials in industrial electric furnace at high temperature to form fluid. Then, the compressed air is used for blowing or the wire is thrown into a fibrous shape by a wire throwing machine, and the cotton is collected by a cotton collector to form a thermal insulation cotton. Thermal insulation cotton can be further processed into fiber blanket, board, paper, cloth, rope and other products.
